Each owner has 3 calendar months usage of a Cascade OwnerShare property so you benefit from true freehold ownership as well as defined occupation rights every year which you may access through the link below.

It is ideal if you are limited to the time you are able to spend at the property, or perhaps it is your first time purchasing in the overseas property market – either way, because you own a share in the freehold (the “bricks and mortar”) you stand to benefit from any appreciation in the value of your property (unlike timeshare, where you own units of “time” only). With Cascade OwnerShare you buy a fraction of a property, at a fraction of the cost. Your management costs are shared and if you wish to rent out some of your allocated time if you are unable to make full use of your allocated weeks throughout the year you can.
